SESSION SUMMARY: 

This session addresses a topic rarely discussed, but always assume to be working efficiently for organizations. Scott Hogate, former practitioner, will help provide some guidance as to how to identify whether or not your account structure is working optimally. Scott will also identify different types of structures, common justifications or reasons for structures, and the effects of the structure on various internal departments.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Discuss strategies for evaluating the efficiency of their current account structure               
  2. Gain insight into different types of account structures and common structure rationale                  
  3. Recognize the impact of an account structure on various internal departments

Participation Requirements for CPE Programs

To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP training program, you must sign-in at the beginning and actively participate throughout the session. There will be polling questions during the webex session for you to complete.  You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
