While most decision makers recognize the importance of operational agility in the emerging marketplace, few have confidence in their ability to make needed pivots a reality. As part of this session, participants will be provided with data highlighting the rate of change organizations can expect moving forward. In addition, information will be shared regarding the role of supervision in achieving desired outcomes. Finally, a refined competency framework highlighting skills now considered essential for mid and frontline managers will be offered.
