SESSION SUMMARY: 

2021 was a busy year for ACH Rules updates and 2022 is shaping up to be similar. Join us as we look at recent clarifications to existing Rules as well as new Rules taking effect in 2022.



LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Attendees will:

1.   What will the new Same Day ACH limit be?

2.   Does a Nested Third-Party have an Origination Agreement with their ODFI?

3.   A Standing Authorization allows an Originator to debit a Consumer Account when that customer takes a positive action to initiate a transaction. T/F

Participation Requirements for CPE Programs

To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP training program, you must sign-in at the beginning and actively participate throughout the session. There will be polling questions during the webex session for you to complete.  You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
