Session Four Topic: How the Pandemic Transformed the Future of Finance/Treasury

SESSION SUMMARY: How have the past two years have impacted the actions of corporate treasurers and what is next?  The pandemic challenged companies to take a hard look at their Treasury operations and highlighted the inefficiencies in current processes as well as technology utilization.   Adaptability to change was critical to the success of many companies but so will be how they leverage what might have been temporary ideas and turn them into sustainable long-term solutions.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Review how the pandemic changed Treasury – its objectives, priorities and how it is and will operate going forward.
  2. Review the various methods and solutions adopted by treasurers to adjust their processes post-pandemic.
  3. Discuss long term effectiveness and impact to scalability and resiliency of pandemic solutions and discuss alternatives.
COST:  Members=FREE /Non-members= $150 for all Spring Training Series sessions or a la carte pricing:  $25 per webex session/$75 for in person May 11th (includes 2 in person sessions/lunch)

Participation Requirements for CPE Programs

To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP training program, you must sign-in at the beginning and actively participate throughout the session. There will be polling questions during the webex session for you to complete.  You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
