Driving Financial Performance with Daily Operational Analytics:
This session will explore how BDO drives financial performance with daily operational analytics. Through the use of interactive dashboards, executives through managers have the information readily available for real time decision making. The session will cover the guiding principles BDO uses to ensure the tools delivered provide meaningful insight and value across the organization.

1. Attendees will determine how to complete their individual Stress Cycle by changing their Physiology and utilizing positive psychology. 2. Learn the three most essential questions to ask yourself daily to curb anxiety, choose optimism, and prioritize your day. 3. Through a final exercise, participants will learn how to embrace failure and release it for forward momentum.

Participation Requirements for CPE Programs
To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP training program, you must sign-in at the beginning and actively participate throughout the session. There will be polling questions during the webex session for you to complete. You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
