Session Six Topic: Future of the Workforce - Work Reimagined

SESSION SUMMARY:  We’re now in a moment when we can begin to fully reset and reimagine a more sustainable and human-centered workforce strategy as we emerge from the pandemic. In this training session we start by reviewing key macro trends on inflation, talent and ESG, and highlight key findings from EY’s 2022 Work Reimagined study. The EY study includes views of 17k employees across 22 countries and 1500 employers and new approaches to onsite vs. virtual work, and how to manage talent with a focus on total pay, flexibility and career progression. We will also discuss strategies to help your organization unlock the insights needed to win the race for talent and plan for actions needed.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

1. Describe the evolving trends regarding:  Return to work, Reimagining the workforce, The race for talent and sustainability.

2.  Compare the diverging perspectives of employees and employers.

3.  Understand actions companies need to take given new ways of working.

4.  Identify areas of focus for your organization and priorities to get started.


COST:  Members=FREE /Non-members= $150 for all Spring Training Series sessions or a la carte pricing:  $25 per webex session/$75 for in person May 11th (includes 2 in person sessions/lunch)

Participation Requirements for CPE Programs

To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP training program, you must sign-in at the beginning and actively participate throughout the session. There will be polling questions during the webex session for you to complete.  You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
