SESSION SUMMARIES:
Session 1 - Getting UNSTUCK! - The purpose of this session is to help attendees reflect on the last few years of chaos in all industries. What did we learn from the past few years? How did we survive that? What skills do people generally use to survive when things are uncertain and stressful? Moving beyond merely surviving- what does it look like to actually thrive when things are hard? How do individuals and companies actually get stronger when pressure comes. Attendees will get several key ideas and tools that will help them reframe their circumstances so that they will be able to thrive in whatever certainty will come next in the market.
Session 2 - Economic Update - Join us to learn and discuss financial happenings in 2023 - from rates, trends, and outlooks, we will cover it all and learn about what you may expect in the future.
Session 3 - Leading Through Change - Truist's Story - Journey along our leadership track through a major recent bank M&A event. Fireside chat with us & Truist's Virginia Region President to learn from the top about how expectations, challenges, opportunities, leadership and the spirit of the team played a part.
