SESSION SUMMARY: Learn all about Values Based Leadership & it’s impact to on yourself & others! Join us to grow personally, professionally & as a team! The Values Based Leadership session focuses on the basic beliefs behind Values Based Leadership and explores the five practices of VBL: Build Awareness, Realize Potential, Develop Relationships, Take Action, and Practice Reflection.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
1. Explore the 5 Practices of Values Based Leadership (VBL)
2. Identify the core values and beliefs that influence behaviors, decisions, relationships, and ultimately effectiveness
3. How to apply VBL practices in practical situations, integrating them into daily professional and personal life.

Participation Requirements for CPE Programs: To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP training program, you must sign-in at by the end of the session. You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
VSCPA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
