SESSION SUMMARY: 2024 has already been a busy year for new ACH Rules. This session looks at the new Rules approved in March 2024, their implementation dates, and their potential impacts to Originators, Third-Party Service Providers, and financial institutions. Join us to learn how these new Rules may affect your organization and how to remain compliant.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
1. Learn what the new rules mean for Originators, Tbsps., ODFIs, and RDFIs fraud monitoring
2. Learn about new Company Entry Descriptions and how to use them
3. Learn about several minor Rules changes that may impact your organization
COST: Members=FREE /Non-members= $175 for all Spring Training Series sessions or a la carte pricing: $30 per webex session/$125 for in person May 10th (includes 2 in person sessions/lunch)

1.5 CPE Credits and 1.5 CTP/FP&A Credits in the field of Specialized Knowledge provided by VSCPA (CPE) & CAFP (CTP/FP&A).
Participation Requirements for CPE Programs
To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP program, you must attend & actively participate in the full session. You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
VSCPA is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.
