Please join us for the CAFP's Spring Training Event - Session 4 (virtual)!
TOPIC: Navigating Change: Building Resilience from within for the Rapidly Evolving Financial Landscape
PRESENTER: Joe White, MicroLearning for Managers
WHEN: Tuesday, May 13, 2025 - 9a-10:15am EST
WHERE: Zoom/Virtual link to be sent after registration confirmed
SESSION SUMMARY:
While most decision makers recognize the importance of operational agility in the emerging marketplace, few have confidence in their ability to make needed pivots a reality. For many, it has little to do with identifying or understanding needed changes. The primary concern is in the middle, with the handoff to managers responsible for implementation with key stakeholders.
As part of this session, participants will be provided with data highlighting the rate of change organizations can expect moving forward. In addition, information will be shared regarding the role of supervision in achieving desired outcomes. Finally, a refined competency framework highlighting skills now considered essential for mid and frontline managers will be offered.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
• Demonstrate an understanding of the growing importance of operational agility
• Explain the role of supervision in achieving desired transitions
• Identify skills critical to the success of mid and frontline managers in the emerging workplace
