SESSION SUMMARY:

In today’s unpredictable economic, technological, and organizational landscape, financial professionals are expected to lead with clarity, composure, and strategic foresight—even as conditions shift beneath their feet. This 90-minute interactive session introduces P.O.I.S.E.™, a modern leadership framework designed by Charise Beckett to help executives and rising leaders thrive in uncertainty.

Blending real-world case studies, practical micro-habits, and strategic reflection, this session equips participants to lead with precision, optimize their influence, anticipate change, and build enduring personal and organizational resilience. Attendees will leave with actionable tools they can immediately apply to steady their teams, strengthen trust with stakeholders, and elevate their impact in high-stakes environments.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  1. Define resilient leadership in the context of today’s financial and organizational challenges—and distinguish it from outdated notions of “grit” and hustle.
  2. Apply the five pillars of the P.O.I.S.E.™ Framework (Precision, Optimization, Influence, Strategy, Endurance) to navigate volatility with clarity and confidence.
  3. Leverage practical tools and micro-habits to strengthen decision-making, communication, and strategic planning under pressure.
