SESSION SUMMARIES/OBJECTIVES:
Session 1: Explore the Principles of Persuasion, Influence and Negotiation!
Session 2: Understand where APIs add value in treasury operations versus where traditional solutions may still be more effective; Learn how to evaluate when APIs make sense for payments, reconciliation, information reporting, and fraud mitigation using a decision tree; Gain insights into real world implementation approaches, overcoming challenges, and ensuring API adoption aligns with business goals
Session 3: Share strategies of the hard parts of leadership - difficult conversations. Peek into the playbooks not often discussed & learn strategies for navigating challenging conversations!
COST: Members=FREE /Non-members= $180 for all Spring Training Series sessions or a la carte pricing: $35 per webex session/$150 for in person May 7th (includes half day in person sessions/lunch)

Participation Requirements for CPE Programs:
To receive CPE credit for participation in a CAFP training program, you must sign-in at the beginning and actively participate throughout the session. If a Webex session, there may be polling questions during the session for you to complete. You will receive an email notification once the attendance record has been processed including instructions on how to access your CPE certificate.
The Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
